• Do I have to be registered for a viewing?
  For a viewing you have to be registered at our office. The costs for registration are a one off administrative fee of EURO 35,- and is valid for one year. You can register online at our webpage. If you are registered you will be updated automaticly by e-mail about our new offers.

• How much are the registration costs?
  The registration costs amount EURO 35,00 and is valid for one year.
   
• Does Woonmanagement Maastricht charge a commission?
  Yes, with succesful intermediation the tenant pays a commission to WMM. The commission amounts to one month-term of rent including service and energy costs, added with 19% VAT. The fee needs to be paid before the entrance date of the contract.
   
• How much is the brokerage fee or commission?
  The commission is one month rent (including possible service- and energycosts) added with 19%VAT.
   
• How much is the deposit?
  The deposit varies between one month and two months of rent.
   
• What are the opening hours of Woonmanagement Maastricht?
  WMM works from Monday till Friday from 10.00 till 17.00 o'clock.
   
• How long is the waiting list at Woonmanagement Maastricht?
  WMM does not work with waiting lists, but applies the principle of 'first come, first served'.
  Because we also prefer viewing individually, this may also involve that for some objects we have already scheduled a viewing which we will have to respect before making other/ new appointments.
   
• Do we meet at the object when I would like to view?
  No, in principle we always meet in our office. You can drive with us to the accommodation in question. This will avoid unnecessary waiting for both you as us.
